Square, Bristol
The first phase of work has been completed for this public square dating from 1760, comprising a landscape masterplan for the surrounding Redcliffe estate and detailed proposals and costs for Somerset Square. The detailed design includes a new footpath network, seating, lighting, boundary railings, drinking fountain and decorative entrances. Grant funding of £120k has been awarded from Doorstep Greens, the Greater Bristol Foundation and European Objective 2. Work on site was completed in July 2005.
